Payment

Immediate payment is expected at checkout. We accept payment by credit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay through Shopify's secure checkout system.

Shipping

When Will My Order Ship?

Unless otherwise stated, we process all shipping on the Mondays following our restocks with delivery to the post office on Tuesdays.

Please note - All shipping fees in our shop cover postage, shipping supplies and include a small fee for handling. Due to the sizes of our signs, we are typically not able to use flat rate shipping boxes.

Damaged/Lost Items

We are not responsible for lost and/or damaged items or delivery times once taken to the post office.

International Shipping

We do not collect any customs when sending packages. Any custom fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and Jelly Bird Signs is not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. Returns of international orders will not be accepted due to customs fees.

Refunds & Exchanges

Please let us know if you have any concerns or are not satisfied with your purchase. Refunds on regular items will be handled on a case by case basis. Throwback orders cannot be refunded.

Though we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on printed items such as phone cases or shirts if the wrong size is purchased, we do offer the ability to re-purchase the item at a wholesale discount with free shipping. 

You will be responsible for returning orders in their original condition as well as return shipping costs. If you return an item, your money will be refunded as soon as we receive the item.

IMPORTANT - Please keep in mind that every computer monitor displays color a bit differently, so the colors you see on your computer screen may vary a little bit from the product you receive.

At the moment we are not accepting any custom or special orders, however we are always open to suggestions! If we create something you love based on an idea you gave us, send us a message and we'll happily hold one for you.

Wholesale availability

We do not currently offer our product wholesale.
